HI there, I’m Megan! I am located in Des Moines, Iowa. I was thirteen years old when my dad surprised me with my first camera. The following summer, I got my first photo displayed in the Iowa State Fair Photography Salon. I have since had thirteen photos on display, and I have received the following awards: Best of Show, Best of Color, Best of Black & White, Honorable Mention, First Place, and Photographic Excellence.
Photography is something I have been passionate about from a young age, and I feel incredibly lucky to have pursued it full time. There is nothing more rewarding than to capture special moments. It brings me so much joy receiving messages from clients who see their own beauty through my photos. It is my goal to make each and every client feel this way. Every client deserves a session that makes them feel not just empowered; but beautiful, confident, and comfortable. I strive to make memorable experiences and timeless images.
I have an open heart as an ally of the LGBTQ+ community, and I can’t wait to capture individuals and love of all kinds. I’m honored to capture all non-traditional & traditional celebrations!
